How To Install & Use Epiphany

In this Ubuntu Video Tutorial we will be looking at installing Epiphany, a light weight web-browser for gnome. Epiphany is a very fast simple web-browser, while still offering a high level of customization. This browser is based on the Webkit render engine making it a very fast browser. I personally love the simplicity of Epiphany but I dislike the lack of support for plug-ins. I esspecially miss any kind of syncing plug-in like x-marks. Epiphany is remarkably similar to Midori which is also a light weight webkit based browser. Midori, however does offer a decent supply of extentions where as Epiphany does not.
There isn’t really anything to using Epiphany. The control arrows are all marked with easily readable icons, the menu is clearly visible and sensibly layed out. This browser really couldn’t be any simpler to use. It is a great choice for those who don’t want a cluttered browser.
