How To Easily Configure The Ubuntu Firewall

[ ?posts_id=4113783&dest=-1]

In this Ubuntu Video Tutorial we will be looking at installing and using a front end to the Linux Kernels Firewall. This allows use to better protect our computers from malicous scripts and port attacks. The easy to use front end conveniently called Uncomplicated Firewall easily allows you to blog problem ports or make exceptions for certain ports to a certain URL. This is a great way of protecting your computer from attacks when connected to public wireless connections, but you should be okay running Ubuntu. I find it to be a easy way to improve the security of my Install.
